Richard is an erstwhile Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, Member of the Institute of Wines and Spirits and Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing. Originally a trained and experienced Biological Scientist (BSc Hons), he has worked as a company director in the Wine Trade for 12 years (qualified and trained to Master of Wine level) and as a company director in International Property sales for 8 years.

For the past 18 years, he has been Managing Director of a Business and Management Consultancy operating in varying industries, including Wine, Engineering, Oil and Gas, Leisure Industry, Furniture retail industry, Land based industry, Estate agency, Retail, Construction, Manufacturing and others.  Projects are undertaken in the UK, Italy and France (Fluent French speaker and good command of the Italian language). Highly trained and experienced in Direct Marketing, Systems implementation, Business Processes, Financial Forecasting and Business Planning, Richard has had several years working with Government Business Advisory Organisations (SFEDI accredited) advising Small and Medium sized Businesses. Tina is a travel PR specialist with 10 years experience in a leading agency at Account Director level, followed by more than 9 years as a Consultant. A French National, Catherine has over 25 years experience in the European leisure and residential property markets. She has a unique combination of experience in both tourism and leisure, together with property letting and sales markets, principally in France, Italy and Spain. Catherine spent the early part of her career creating and running Westmoreland International Property Services, an overseas property sales company which sold properties to wealthy individuals throughout Europe, acting on behalf of development and construction companies. Subsequently, she has been a Director of different Tour Operators for 15 years, with turnovers up to £22 million.

Catherine has experience of sourcing and contracting services and products, including the development of new channels of distribution of holiday packages and negotiation with all key supplier accounts. She is a first class negotiator, with a wealth of experience and contacts in the leisure, tourism and property markets.
